The focus of the consultancy package is on improving access to financial services for MSMEs in Ghana, specifically through providing technical assistance: 1) to financial services providers (FSPs) in improving the offer of financial services for MSMEs, with particular attention to be paid to the potential of harnessing digital channels and technologies; and 2) to strengthen MSMEs' abilities to access and benefit from financial services. These activities will contribute to at least 2 000 MSMEs, 30 % of which are led by women, having gained access to innovative financial services by the end of the project.
