The extension of the network involves the construction of MV, LV and Public Lighting lines as well as overhead MV/LV substations with a power of 100 kVa and 160 kVa, and cabin substations with a power of 630 kVa. As for the connection, it concerns the supply and installation of connection equipment and prepaid meters. · Component 2: Work control and supervision: The work control and supervision services will include: (i) Updating technical studies and producing the Tender File, (ii) technical, administrative and monitoring financial for the execution of the work; (iii) verification of detailed calculation notes and validation of work execution files; (iv) control of the quality of the work and the quantities implemented and (v) control and monitoring of the implementation of the environmental and social measures of the project. · Component 3: Support to the project management unit: This component concerns support to the PMU to finance activities such as the acquisition of vehicles, office equipment (computers), operating allowances for project staff.
