PMU and capacity building of the Project Management Unit. · Component 4: Audits: This component concerns the recruitment of an auditor for the financial accounts of the Project on the one hand, and the recruitment of a consultant for the audit of the implementation of the Environmental and Social Management Plan of the project on the other hand..
