All interested contractors who meet the following requirements are invited to tender:- (1) A tenderer shall be a registered escalator contractor under the Laws of Hong Kong, Lifts and Escalators Ordinance (Chapter 618); and (2) A tenderer has completed Escalator maintenance contracts in or outside Hong Kong within the past 5 years with the accumulated awarded contract sum of not less than HK$6 million; and (3) A tenderer shall not have any consecutive adverse reports on performance in DEVB’s Contractor Management Information System, on-going or completed, with the last day of the reporting period as specified in the report falling within the 9-month assessment period (inclusive of the first and last day of the 9-month assessment period).
