The original tender security documents in approved form shall be submitted as per the procedure described in paragraph 8 below. 9. A pre-tender meeting will be conducted on 20.10.2023 at 11:00 Hours (1ST) at the O/o The Executive Director, TNR1DC to clarify the issues and to answer questions on any matter that may be raised at that stage as staled in ITT Clause 7.4 of'Instructions to Tenderers’ of the tender document, lendcrcrs are advised to download the tendering document prior to the pretender meeting in order to have a good understanding of the scope of the requirements under this contract, for discussions and clarifications at the pre-tender meeting.
