The duration of the Framework Agreement will be for a maximum of 4 years. The Contracting Authority proposes to award an initial contract under the framework agreement for the provision of a unique solution to help connect Dublin and NYC as part of St. Patrick’s Festival Week in March 2024. In order to celebrate this connection and to promote the Dublin – New York relationship, the Contracting Authority is seeking an innovative way to connect both cities using a blend of digital and physical activation around St. Patricks Festival week with the potential to engage other cities across the world after this time period.
