Bidders must Present a Valid Tax Compliance Certificate (Tcc) or a Tax Compliance Letter (Tcl) at the Bid Opening. Bidding will be Conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (Ncb) Procedures Specified in the Government of Jamaica Handbook of Public Sector Procurement Procedures (Revised March 2014), Volume 2 of 4 Procedures for the Procurement of Goods, General Services & Works and the Public Procurement Act 2015. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information in writing at the email address provided. Bidding documents are available on CD at the address above from Wednesday, July 5, 2023, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. A complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the above address upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Thousand Jamaican Dollars (J$1,000.00).
