Request for proposals are invited for Provision of Consulting Services to Conduct Housing Socio-Economic Survey and Assessment. The Scope of Work The Consultant will be required to carry out a comprehensive Housing Survey and Needs Assessment within the Project Area including inter alia: • the compilation and evaluation of specific demographic data, economic characteristics and trends relevant to housing analyses - current ownership, state and characteristics of the housing inventory • existing government policies and incentives • the adequacy, availability and proximity of selected cornmun ity services • engaging and sensittong the area stakeholders and residents while collecting their feedback and input. - quantifying the number of housing units needed in the market by tenure (rentals vs. for-sale), price point bedroom type and market segment (e.g. families, seniors, disabled/special needs, young professionals, etc).
