The target respondent groups would include stakeholders such as academia and experts for ICT businesses. The research scope should include the following topics: − The change in ICT trade volume and environment such as ICT policies, digital divide, and fees/costs of communication networks and IT equipment of APEC as a whole and of individual economy since ITA and ITA2 concluded; − ICT policies and features in each APEC economy; − The major and traded items covered by ITA and ITA2 in the APEC region; − The new and emerging ICT products and the latest trend in the APEC region; − Achievement and possibilities of ICT products solving global issues; and − The economies’ involvement in the ICT supply chains.
