Indicators to be Assessed; i. Percent of infants 0 - 5 months of age who are fed exclusively with breast milk. ii. Proportion of children 6-23 months of age who receive foods from 4 or more food groups. iii. Average number of animals owned per individual. iv. Average liters/person/day collected from all sources for drinking, cooking, and hygiene. v. Percent of households targeted by WASH activity that are collecting all water for drinking, cooking, and hygiene from improved water sources. vi. Percent of water points developed, repaired, or rehabilitated with free residual chlorine (FRC) > 0.2mg/L. vii. Percent of water user committees created and/or trained by the program that are active at least three (3) months after training. viii. Percent of water points developed, repaired, or rehabilitated that are clean and protected from contamination. ix. Percent of people targeted by the hygiene promotion activity who know at least three (3) of the five (5) critical times to wash hands. x. Percentage of households targeted by the hygiene promotion activity who store their water safely in clean containers. xi. Percent of handwashing stations built or rehabilitated in health facilities that are functional. xii. Total number of people receiving WASH NFIs assistance through all modalities (without double-counting). xiii. Percent of households reporting satisfaction with the contents of the WASH NFIs receive through direct distribution (i.e., kits) or vouchers. xiv. Percent of households reporting satisfaction with the quality of WASH NFIs received through direct distribution (i.e., kits), vouchers, or cash. xv. Percent of households where women reported participating in decisions on the use of food assistance. xvi. Percent of food assistance decision-making entity members who are women. xvii. Percent of households with poor, borderline, and acceptable food consumption scores. xviii. Mean and median reduced Coping Strategies Index (rCSI). xix.
