Must provide a valid trade license for the year 2023. 6. Must provide a valid AGPO certificate for the Reserved and Preference category. 7. Must provide 3 years Certified Audited Accounts for the OPEN category. 8. Must provide 6 months banks statement for the Reserved and preference category. 9. Must dully fill sign and stamp the Application Information form. 10. Must dully fill, sign and stamp the joint venture form(JOINT VENTURES ONLY) 11. Must dully fill, sign and stamp the Historical contract, nonperformance and pending litigation and history form. 12. Must dully fill, sign and stamp the financial situation and performance form (OPEN CATEGORY) 13. Must dully fill, sign and stamp the source of finance form 14. Must dully fill, sign and stamp the Annual construction or supply contract turn over form. 15. Must provide detailed company profile, physical/ postal address, telephone/mobile no. and email address 16. Must provide CR12 for Ltd Companies.
