All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of 2% of the quoted tender SUM. Tender Security MUST be in the form of Bank Guarantee or Insurance bond from a reputable financial institution recognized by Central Bank of Kenya or PPRA and valid for at least 180 days from the tender opening date 7. TheTenderershall chronologically serialize all pages ofthe tender documentssubmitted. 8. Completed tenders Must be delivered to the address below on or before [Thursday 31st August, 2023].
