The consultancy firm will: a) Assess the impact of the change and develop mitigating strategies. b) Monitor and measure the change process using success metrics. c) Identify and manage anticipated resistance. d) Integrate change management strategies across all areas of the plan. e) Track and report on progress to the Governance and Finance Committee. f) Coach the Board, Senior Management Team, and Supervisors. g) Develop a regular team-building plan for the Board and Staff. h) Collaborate with the Communications Team and the Transition Team to support the development of key messages and approaches to inform the communications plan. i) Support the Executive Director and Corporate Affairs and Administration Manager in the development of a schedule for roll-out of the transformation / transitional activities defining milestone events, identifying critical actions and performance benchmarks..
