The objective of this training is to empower our education staff to lead professional learning initiatives, fostering continuous improvement of educational practices at both classroom and school levels. Training Objective: The selected consultant will work closely with our education staff to design and implement tailored interventions that enhance their capacity to maintain high educational quality. We are seeking a professional with over 5 years of experience in training teachers on innovative pedagogical methods. The consultant should be well-informed and updated on the latest findings related to the following suggested topics: Disciplining in the classroom- Alternatives to punishment (classroom management) Motivating students- bring the best out of students by simple changes in our communication and behavior Active learning- Methodologies to make teaching more interactive, involving and more meaningful (student-centered) Learning styles- understanding learning styles and how we can maximize learning using this understanding Multiple intelligences- to make classes more interactive and interesting Cooperative learning- how to multiply learning using groups Understanding and working with higher order thinking skills Developing and using creativity in learning Brain based learning and study skills.
