Provide technical leadership and implementation of research activities including data collection at selected health facilities, data quality assurance, data management, data analysis, documentation & report writing. Review the protocol, data collection instruments, manuals, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and checklists. Contribute and facilitate the recruitment of data collectors and supervisors Develop/review training materials for data collectors and supervisors Organizing and facilitating training sessions for study staff Seek appointments and meet the relevant study teams such as Principal and CoPrincipal Investigators, Co-investigators, and Project Manager Continuously update study investigators and national study monitoring team on research progress Facilitate discussions and consensus building during the study monitoring meetings. Develop the draft study report 2/3 Share draft study report with study investigators and Project Manager Prepare specimens biological specimens for the molecular testing Work with the study investigators and Project Manager to prepare and organize the dissemination of study findings.
