The RAP Audit is expected to be carried out on the completed Fishtown to Harper (50km) Road Corridor whereas the annual E & S Audit is expected to be carried out on the Mano River Union Road Development & Transport Facilitation Programme (MRU/RDTFP) Phase I: Paving of Karloken to Fishtown (80km) and the Upgrading of the Mano River Union Road Development & Transport Facilitation Programme (MRU/RDTFP) Phase II: Paving of Sanniquellie to Loguatuo (47.1 km) and Fish Town Kelipo road (20km). The main objective of the RAP Audit are as follows: ➢ Assess success of implementing the RAP, and its impacts on the quality and standards of living of PAPs; ➢ Issue an Action Plan with modalities for relocating and/or compensating PAPs from the high embankment area of the 26km road; ➢ Issue an Action Plan and modalities for relocating taxi drivers from the roundabout in Pleebo to the Lorry Park; ➢ Issue a full report on the implementation of the RAP in accordance with the Bank’s requirement ➢ Plan/arrangement/modalities to resolve all outstanding RAP issues on the Project – unpaid compensation, undemolished structures, payment made to wrong PAPs, underpayments etc., and ➢ Outline procedure to cascade lessons/recommendations from the audit to improve RAP implementation and related issues on MRU1, MRU2 and MRU3..
