In the request, the prospective bidder shall disclose the name of the Company and that of the requester. 3. A site visit, at the bidder’s own cost, shall be performed on Tuesday 16 May 2023 at 11.00 a.m. for prospective bidders to take cognizance of the scope of works and inspect the project site location. Any queries with regard to the project site shall be made in writing to procurement@bom.mu by email, at latest by Tuesday 23 May 2023. 4. Bids shall be in accordance with the scope of work and comply with all the terms and conditions set out in the RFP. The last date to submit your bid for this tender was 30 May 2023.
