Proposals must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by 11 September 2023 up to[13.30](Local Time). 4. Consultants who have submitted proposals online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their proposals as from 11 September 2023 from[14.32]till[13 September 2023] up to [13.30]. 5. Proposals received will be opened online in the presence of the Consultants’ representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on[13 September 2023]up to13.31] at the Procurement Policy Office in its Conference Room, Room 832, Level 8 Emmanuel Anquetil Building, Port-Louis. 6. The Procurement Policy Office reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the bidding process and reject all proposals at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder..
