C. Technical Specification The specifications below are provided to orient the vendor on the required technical solution. Vendors can propose other but similar technical specifications if needed. Final specifications and selection will be done in coordination with EpiC, the Unit for Coordination, Implementation and Monitoring of Health Projects (UCIMP), and the receiving health facilities. F. Timetable and Address for Submission EOI are due no later than 12pm Eastern Time on the 16th of April 2023.
