As detailed in the TORs; the consultancy will include two main tasks to be conducted in sequence: (1) carry out zone-level diagnostics to identify low-carbon investment opportunities that can strengthen the competitiveness; sustainability and resilience of the four selected brownfield IZs and their tenant companies; as well as for one greenfield zone; and (2) conduct pre-feasibility studies for the most promising opportunities and a gap analysis; with a view to identifying potential financing; technical; regulatory; institutional or other obstacles that a national eco-industrial parks (EIP) program could help address.These tasks will be carried out using data to be collected in the selected zones; the firm’s expert knowledge; and engagement with relevant stakeholders including zone developers/operators; tenant companies; industry associations; technology providers; public agencies; and key international development partners The WBG reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$250,000.
