EPC and Operations Capital Cost Estimate Operating Cost Estimate Project Economics Once the concept has been selected the engineering definition and cost estimates shall be progressed to the level required by the selected execution strategy, including the following engineering disciplines: Process Flow Assurance Pipelines (onshore and offshore) Subsea controls Mechanical (rotating machinery, static equipment and packages) Materials & Corrosion Piping & Layout Electrical Power transmission Instrumentation and Controls HVAC (if required) Telecoms Civil & Structural Process and Personal Safety Environmental Submission details Interested parties should submit their proposals by 12h00.
