The two envelopes should be enclosed in a large envelope labelled “Technical & Financial Bids” with the project name, package No and lot No. at the right hand corner with company name behind for all the categories, and address to: The Director-General, National Centre for Women Development, Central Area, Beside New CBN, Abuja The document should be deposited in the Tender Boxes at the Office of the Head of Procurement, National Centre for Women Development, Central Business District Area, Beside New CBN, Abuja. not later than 12:00noon on Monday, 5th June, 2023. Any bid received after the stated date and time shall be returned un-opened OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS Only the Technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00noon on Monday, 5th June, 2023 at the Centre’s Board Room, while the financial bids will be kept un-opened.
