Deadline: 20-Apr-2023 16:00 (GMT 1.00) Western Europe Time, London, Lisbon, Casablanca IOM is currently implementing a project entitled “Nigeria: Managing Migration through Development (MMDP) 2.0 in Edo State,” funded by the Italian Government, through the Directorate General for Italian Citizens Abroad and Migration Policies of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. The project aims at supporting the efforts of the Edo State government on the implementation of MMDP 2.0. Among other things, the project will support the development the review of other state level initiatives including mapping of service providers for returned migrants. IOM Seeks the service of a service provider to conduct a stakeholder mapping and evaluation assessment to identify and assess the presence, capacity and needs of relevant specialised state and non-state actors for providing victim and support services to VoTs and other vulnerable groups. Support can be system-based and community-based, and includes, but is not limited to, basic assistance such as food, accommodation and clothing, shelter, specialised medical and psychosocial care, counselling, legal assistance, income assistance, education, TEVET, employment training, victim/witness assistance programs. The mapping is also aimed at enhancing and optimising the use of locally based capacity and opportunities, synergies and partnerships and this will be realised through the following: Map the different services offered by key migrant-focused government agencies and CSO's and update directory of reintegration and protection services to operationalize referral mechanism in Edo state. Review efficiency of state-level reintegration and counter-trafficking coordination structures and provide recommendations for enhancing their activities and building the capacities of their members..
