SUBMISSION OF TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL BIDS Interested and qualified bidders are to submit One hard copy of the technical bid documents in a separate sealed envelope with inscription “Technical Bid for the project title” and Two hard copies of the Financial Bidding documents (one original, one photocopy) in a separate sealed envelope with inscription “Financial Bid for the project title” while the two envelopes shall be sealed in a bigger third envelope with inscription “Technical and Financial Bid for the project title” shall be delivered on or before 12:00 noon on Wednesday 3rd May, 2023. The bid should be addressed and submitted to: Lot No Submission Address Remita’s Account Lots IAR&T/22 /01-03 The Executive Director, Institute of Agricultural Research Institute of Agricultural Research and Training, Moor Plantation, Ibadan, Oyo State Institute of Agricultural Research and Training, Moor Plantation, Ibadan’s Remita Account code: 1000261220 Please, ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register as the Institute will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Wednesday 3rd May, 2022 at the Prof. E.A Adebowale Training Hall. IAR&T, while the financial bids of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned unopened. Bidders are to sign the Bid Submission Register in the Procurement Office, 2 Floor Crescent Building.
