SUBMISSION OF TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL BIDS Prospective bidders are to submit two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with softcopy of the financial bid in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed and clearly marked as “Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid”. Thereafter, the two sealed envelopes should be put together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to Provost, Federal College of Animal Health and Production Technology, Moor Plantation, PMB 5029, Ibadan and clearly marked with (the name of the project and the lot number). Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in designated Tender box in the procurement office not later than 12:00 noon, Monday, 21st August, 2023. Only the technical bids shall be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon, Monday, 21st August, 2023, at the College’s Auditorium.
