Tenders are invited for Monitoring and Maintenance of Naoc Production Facilities Cathodic Protection Systems 2. SCOPE OF WORK The scope defines requirements for the monitoring and maintenance of Cathodic Protection Systems for NAOC Land and Swamp Areas Production facilities. The scope of work shall include but not limited to the following: i. Mobilization for cathodic protection monitoring ii. Visual inspection of all above-ground sections of the pipeline and its facilities along the entire ROW such as valves, risers, CP test points. iii. Periodic “ON/OFF” potential survey of the pipelines/facilities iv. Periodic native potential survey of the pipelines/facilities v. Transformer-rectifiers inspection/minor maintenance (solar panel or thermo-electric generator vi. Periodic inspection of sacrificial anodes/grounded vii. Minor cathodic protection maintenance works viii. Replacement and installation of Cathodic Protection System (CPS) transformer rectifiers (TRR) ix. Supply and replacement of CPS TRR Spare parts x. Supply/Assembly and installation of interconnection box xi. Supply, laying and connection of positive and negative cables to pipelines xii. Dismantling of Cathodic Protection System xiii. Fabrication and installation/repair of test point xiv. Design, supply and installation of new CPS ground beds xv. Interference checks and mitigation at pipeline crossings xvi. Demobilization for Cathodic protection maintenance. 3. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS a. To be eligible for this tender exercise, interested contractors are required to be prequalified under the product code 3.05.06, in the Nipex Joint Qualification System (NJQS) database. All successfully pre-qualified suppliers in these categories will receive Invitation to Technical Tender (ITT). b.
