Director of Procurement, Ground Floor, Senate Building, University of Abuja, main campus, upon presentation of evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10, 000.00) only. Payment shall be made to university of Abuja’s remita account. After which, the teller shall be taken to the University of Abuja cash office for issuance of receipt for collection of bidding document. 5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (LOT 1) • Technical documents shall be enclosed in a separate envelope (marked Technical) and financial bid in another envelope (marked financial). The two separate envelopes shall be enclosed in one sealed outer envelope clearly marked ‘INVITATION TO TENDER’ specifying the lot number and title of the project, addressed to: The Vice Chancellor, University of Abuja. The reverse side of the envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder. • The envelope are to be deposited in the tender box located at the reception hall of the University Senate Building, Main Campus, Airport road not later than 12:00 noon, Monday 10th July, 2023. Bidders should ensure that their submission(s) is (are) appropriately logged in the submission register at the venue and acknowledgement slip(s) obtained. The University of Abuja will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids. 6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS (LOT 1) Only the Technical bids shall be publicly opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon, Monday 10th July, 2023 in the reception hall of the Senate Building, main campus, Airport road, Abuja.
