Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Consultancy for Architectural Design, Bill of Quantity, Engineering and Scientific Service Collections of Tender Documents (Good and Works) Interest Company are to Collect Standard Building Document (Sbd) from the Procurement Office at Technology Orientation (Toc), National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure, Idu Industrial Area, Abuja and the Office of the Managing, Directors/Chief Executives of Naseni Institute Respectively during Working Days (10am—3pm) on Presentation of Evidence of Payment of Non-Refundable Tender Fee of Ten Thousand Naira only Per Lot Made Payable to Naseni’S Tsa and that of Various Institute Account in Any Reputable Commercial Book in Nigeria Firms Interested in Lots A1, B1, C1, D1, E1, F1, G1, H1,I1,J1,K1) will not Pay at this Stage until after Shortlisting Submission of Expression of Interest (LOTS A1, B1, C1, D1, E1, F1, G1, H1, I1, J1, K1) Expression of interest (EOI) documents in a sealed envelope and clearly marked Expression of Interest with the project name and lot number clearly written on the top right-hand corner, addressed and returned to: THE EXECUTIVE VICE CHAIRMAN/ CHIEF EXECUTIVES, National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure Idu Industrial area, Abuja (procurement office, TOC) and the MANAGING DIRECTOR/ CHIEF EXECUTIVES of NASENI institutes as in (5) Above. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and dropped on the designated tender box at NASENI Headquarters/ NASENI institutes not later than 12:00 noon on Thursday 8th June, 2023. 7. Opening the Technical Bids and Expression of Interest 5.1 All Lots except Lot (A1, B1, C1, D1, E1, F1, G1, H1, I1, J1, K1,) only technical bids would be opened immediately after the deadline for submission for 12:00 noon on Thursday 8th, June, 2023 at the NASENI headquarters and its various institutes in the Prescence of bidders or their representatives. Only the successful bidders at technical evaluation would be invited at a later date for financial bids opening, while financial bids of un successful bidders would be returned un opened. Please ensure that you sign the bid submission register in the office of the director, procurement (procurement office TOC) for NASENI headquarters and the managing directors/ chief executives for the institutes as NASENI and its institutes would not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
