Interested Companies are to collect Tender Documents in (Room 0.013), FCDA Procurement Department, (Ground Floor) Wing “A” FCDA Headquarters (Opposite NTA), Area 11- Garki, Abuja between the official working hours of 08:00am and 4:00pm from Monday 2nd May, 2023 to Friday upon presentation of evidence of payment of Non-Refundable Tender fee of N50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Naira) only for the respective projects through REMITA (Applicable to Project Numbers: WA/DES/06-10, WA/DRC/01, WA/DES/08, and WA/DPB/01) SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS FOR WORKS Completed Tender documents should be in Two (2) Hard copies (Marked “Original”) each for both Technical and Financial Bids with soft copy of financial bid only, in MS Excel format, packaged in Two (2) separated sealed envelopes clearly marked at the top right corner of each envelope stating the tittle of the Project Le. “TECHNICAL BIDS;” & “FINANCIAL BIDS;” and at the reverse side the name of the company should be boldly written. Both envelopes shall then be put in a large envelope clearly marked at the top right corner stating the tittle of the project and submitted in Room 0.013, FCDA Procurement Department, (Ground Floor) Wing “A” FCDA Headquarters (Opposite NTA), Area 11-Garki, Abuja and to be addressed to: The Executive Secretary, Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA), No. 8 AYANGBA STREET, AREA 11, GARKI ABUJA. (Applicable to Project Number: WA/DES/(06-10), WA/DRC/01 and WA/DPB/01), not later than 12:00noon on Monday, 5th June, 2023.. The last date to submit your bid for this tender was 05 Jun 2023.
