General Procurement Notice for Rehabilitation of 500 Seat Capacity Lecture Theatre at Kafanchan and the Rehabilitation of 200 Seat Capacity Twin Lecture Theatres (Slt 2 & 3) for the Faculty of Service. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS Note that the bid documents would be evaluated on responsiveness to criteria including but not limited to: i. Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs commission (CAC) including form CAC1.1 or CAC2 and CAC7. ii. Evidence of current Tax Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2023; iii. Evidence of current Pension Compliance certificate valid till 31st December 2023; iv. Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) compliance certificate valid till 31st December, 2023 v. Evidence of current Nigeria Social insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance certificate valid till 31`st December, 2023 vi. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2023 vii. A Sworn affidavit by a Director of the company certifying that: • The document submitted are genuine and correct • None of the Director(s) of the company had ever been convicted by a court of law • None of the officer of the relevant committees of the Kaduna State University or Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder Company’ audited account for the last three (3) years (2020 , 2021 & 2022) viii. Reference letter from reputable commercial bank indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed. ix. Company profile with Curriculum Vitae (CV) of professional staff to be deployed for the project including copies of their professional qualifications; x. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years. xi. That the company is not in receivership, the subject of any form or bankruptcy proceedings of the subject of any form of winding up petition or proceeding 6. Company Audited accounts for the last three (3) years (2020, 2021, 2022), certified by a Chartered Accountants/Auditor 7. List of verifiable construction equipment, whether owned, hire or lease with proof of ownership, purchase receipt or evidence of leasing/hiring. 8. Evidence of registration with NITDA as an accredited ICT vendors, service providers 9. Letter of Authorization from the original Equipment Manufacturers 10. Comprehensive Company’s profile with the curriculum Vitae of key staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their academic/professional qualifications and years of experience of key personnel available for the project. The technical staff should be registered with relevant professional bodies such as COREN, CORBON, ARCON etc. 11. Evidence of financial capability to execute the project including reference letter from a reputable commercial bank indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed; 12. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including letters of awards, valuation certificates, job completion certificates and photographs of the projects; 13.
