Note: All Submission should be Made in Two (2) Hard Copies and Soft Copy (Usb Flash Drive) Packaged in Separate Envelope and Placed in One Envelope Labeled Technical Bid. 6. Opening of Eoi Documents and Technical Bids The Eoi and Technical Bids will be Opened Immediately after the Deadlines for Submissions at 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, 5th April, 2023 and 12:00 Noon on Thursday, 13th April, 2023, Respectively in the Institute’S Library Conference Hall in the Presence of Bidders or Their Representatives Please, Ensure that You Sign the Bid Submission Register in the Office of Head, Procurement at the Administrative Block, as the Institute, National Research Institute for Chemical Technology, Zaria will not be Held Liable for Misplaced or Wrongly Submitted Bids..
