Tenders are invited for Procurement, Supply, Construction and Commissioning Package (Pscc1) of Well Pad Facilities Construction & Obite Treatment Centre Tie-In Works, And Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Construction and Commissioning Package (Epscc20 of 16” X 12km Multiphase Onshore Pipeline, For the Ubeta Main Development Project for Totalenergies Ep Nigeria Limited. The scope of work for these services shall include, but not limited to: a. PROCUREMENT, SUPPLY, CONSTRUCTION, AND COMMISSIONING PACKAGE (PSCC1)-Well Pad Facilities Construction & OBITE TC Tie-in WORKS: • Endorsement of Detailed Engineering performed by Other. • Preparation and issuance of construction drawings deemed necessary for the WORKS (Fabrication & Installation). Procurement and supply of materials required for the successful completion of the scope. • Fabrication, Construction, Pre commissioning and commissioning of a fully rated unmanned Well Pad and Production Facilities at UBETA Cluster. • Fabrication, Construction, Tie-in, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning WORKS at the OBITE Treatment Centre (Brownfield). ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT, SUPPLY, CONSTRUCTION, AND COMMISSIONING PACKAGE (EPSCC3)- Pipeline Construction WORKS • Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Fabrication, Construction, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning of 16″x 12KM Multiphase Pipeline and Cable (Power and Fibre Optic), between UBETA Well Pad and OBITE Treatment Center. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS a. To be eligible for either tender, interested tenderer are required to be pre-qualified and have a “LIVE” subscription status in the following respective categories of the Nipex Joint Qualification Scheme (NJCS) database by the CFT advert closing date: i. Process Modules/Packages-4.05.09 (for PSCC1) ii. Pipeline Systems-4.05.04 (for EPSCC2) All successfully pre-qualified tenderers per category will receive invitations to submit their respective Tender for the services). b.
