The completed Tender documents must be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked at the right-hand corner “Tender for the technical assessment for the construction of 3 solar powered water supply scheme for the attention of Director Admin and Supplies, Oyo State Rural water supply and Sanitation Agency, Ibadan. It should also be accompanied by but not limited to the following:- 1. Photocopy of certificates of Incorporation 2. Article and Memorandum of Association 3. Copy of current Tax Clearance of three years, 4. Contract Registration Certificate. 5. Evidence of similar work done in the past with a certificate of completion.
