The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following documentation/information: a) As a mandatory requirement for UNMOGIP, before submitting their EOI response, interested Contractors are required to be fully registered as an authorized Service Provider in the UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) using the link https://www.ungm.org at level one (1) of vendor registration or above. b) Proof that the interested service provider is registered for the particular requirement in UNGM under the specified UN Standard Products and Services Code. c) UNMOGIP Procurement Section shall reject any EOI that does not contain the final UNGM vendor registration number under the specified UNSPSC as such submissions will be considered non-responsive. d) The EOI must include the following information: 1. Company’s profile, capacity/capability and experience 2. List of the company’s customers during the past 24 months. 3. Submission of Interest: Interested service providers are invited to submit their EOI by email, fax or hand delivery. The EOI clearly marked “Tower Inspection, Maintenance, Repair Services and Rigging in Field Locations and in HQ Islamabad, EOI/GIP/23/04”, and must be received by UNMOGIP no later than COB Tuesday 29 August 2023, to the following addresses: E-mail address: Unmogip-Procurement@un.org Delivery by hand to: Chief Procurement Officer, UNMOGIP, Plot # 5-11 G-5, Diplomatic Enclave, Islamabad Pakistan. 4.
