Scope of Work: Activity-I: Review & updation of in-house carried out Feasibility Study of Hydel Power Station Rasul & Renala (3-months Lump-Sum) • Condition Survey of Civil Structure, Electrical & Mechanical Equipment after consulting the history and physical conditions. • Capacity optimization exercise/ study & selection of optimum installed capacity. • Assessment/ study of existing plant layout and recommendation of retrofitting modern plant layout at the existing sites in cost efficient manners/ ways. • Cost Estimation, Economical, Financial, Sensitivity Analysis etc. of the recommended solution(s). • Preparation of Time Schedule/ construction planning of the Project, also indicating the outage period of existing units during execution of the Project. • Review & updation of WAPDA in-house Feasibility Studies for Rasul & Renala Hydel Power Stations to bankable/ international standards. • Study of social & economic impacts of the rehabilitation of Rasul & Renala Hydel Power Stations during construction phase & operation of these projects • Environmental and social impact assessment compliant with International standards Activity-II: Preparation of Environment and Social Management Plan (ESMP) and Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) compliant with International standards in respect of Hydel Power Station Rasul & Renala (6-month Lump-Sum) Publication date: May 23, 2023 Deadline (local time): June 26, 2023.
