The ideal firm should have experience in conducting large-scale education surveys that cover schools and communities across Pakistan and will be evaluated based on their past experience with such surveys and the impact of past dissemination activities. The main tasks will include developing a representative sampling strategy that covers all provinces; including urban and rural areas; as well as public and private schools. Additionally; the firm will be responsible for conducting classroom observations and collecting relevant school and community-level variables. The final deliverables will include an analysis report integrating findings from the firm’s ongoing survey with the observations captured through TEACH 2.0; and dissemination of results. Dissemination activities will include advocacy campaigns and community-level engagements; building into the firm’s existing network in urban and rural areas. The WBG reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$250,000.
