Ineligible Either Indefinitely or for a Stated Period of Time To be Awarded Contract Funded by the Funding Source if it at Any Time Determines that the Firm has Engaged in Corrupt or Fraudulent Practices in Competing or Or in Executing A Contract Funded by the Funding Source32 Further The Procuring Entity will Seek to Impose the Maximum Civil Administrative AndOr Criminal Penalties Available under the Applicable Laws on Individuals and Organizations Deemed to be Involved in Any of the Practices Mentioned in Itb Clause 31A33 Furthermore The Funding Source and the Procuring Entity Reserve the Right to Inspect and Audit Records and Accounts of a Contractor in the Bidding for and Performance of a Contract Themselves or through Independent Auditors as Reflected in the Gcc Clause 344 Conflict of Interest41 All Bidders Found to have Conflicting Interests shall be Disqualified to Participate in the Procurement at Hand Without Prejudice to the Imposition of Appropriate Administrative
