Activities to be Undertaken3 The Philippine International Convention Center Picc shall Provide the Fuel Lubricants Supplies Except Rugs Materials and Parts Necessary for the Operation and Maintenance Activities However If the Required Maintenance Items are not Available on Stock The Contractor shall Inform Picc of the Correct Specification of the Items Needed for the Latters Immediate Procurement 4 The Contractor Within Two 2 Months of the Effectivity of the Contract Shall Provide Picc with the List of Common Parts and Supplies for its Effective Preventive Maintenance The Listed Parts and Supplies shall have Detailed Specification and Costing5 The Contractor shall Provide Free-Of-Charge Emergency Service Check-Up and Troubleshooting on on-Call Basis within 24 Hours after Receipt of Call12 The Contractor shall Provide Picc a Detailed Report of each Inspection and or Check-Up of the Said Units The Report shall Include Log Readings Taken during Inspection Condition of Equipment And Recommendation on Proper Operation and Maintenance and Repair Work 13 The Contractor Within the First 30 Days of Implementation of the Contract Shall Conduct Inspection of the Equipment Together with the Assistant Director for Mechanical Services Division or His Authorized Representative to Determine Components and Auxiliaries for Repair and Replacement And Submit Recommendation for Action of Picc14 The Contractor shall Hold the Picc and its Personnel Free from Any Action or Suit or Liability Whatsoever Arising from Any Claim by Any or All of the Personnel Employed by the Contractor to
