policies regarding RMNCH services and the financing arrangements for these services and summarize findings into a report with recommendations for health financing of RMNCH services The World Health Organization is currently conducting a global Health Technology Assessment HTAHealth Benefit Package Survey which includes questions on RMNCH services included in national health benefit packages These findings can be used validated and built upon during the reviewAn initial list of RMNCH services of focus is outlined below This may be modified in discussion with the contractual partnerMethods to carry out the activity Literature search to identify relevant documents for review including but not limited to utilization reports of RMNCH services WHO Health Technology AssessmentHealth Benefit Package Survey and national health financing related policies Desk review of literature retrieved Data analysis and synthesis Informal consultations as required with local stakeholders to clarify any information Drafting of a report List of RMNCH servicesReproductive Barrier methods such as condoms diaphragms Short acting hormonal methods including injectables Long-acting reversible methods IUDs and implants Permanent contraceptive methods male and female sterilization Emergency contraception Screening and treatment for sexually transmitted infectionsMaternal Antenatal care package Antenatal ultrasound Vaginal delivery package in a health facility or with skilled birth attendants Caesarean section delivery Care of pregnancy or birth complications PPH eclampsia sepsis obstructed labour
