Please Synchronize Your Time with the Philippine Standard Time (Pst) at Www.Pagasa.Dost.Gov.Ph 1. Quotations may be Submitted Either Typewritten (Preferred) or Handwritten. For Quotations Sent Thru E-Mail, The File must be on a Compressed Folder (In .Zip File Format) Which shall be Password-Protected. The Password for Accessing the Bidding Documents will be Disclosed by the Bidders only during the Actual Bid Opening Which may be Done in Person or Thru E-Mail. 2.
