The City Government of Pasay, Through its Bids and Awards Committee (Bac) Now Invites Bids for the above Procurement Project. Expected Completion of Delivery for the Said Project is Indicated in the Terms of Reference. Bidders should have Completed, Within Three (3) Years from the Date of Submission and Receipt of Bids, A Contract Similar to the Project.
