Under implementation order, it is required to perform the subject of the order under the terms of the contract Annex No. 5 to the SWZ and meeting the requirements listed below. 4. In any case use of standards, technical assessments and specifications in the SWZ and the description of the subject of the contract technical and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contractor should assume that such a reference accompanied by the words "or equivalent"..
