Reasons for not dividing the order into parts: The Ordering Party does not allow submission partial offers due to excessive technical difficulties in executing the order and excessive costs of order execution. Dividing the order into parts will make it impossible correct implementation of the task through the need to coordinate everyones actions Contractors who would perform various parts of the order. Equipment that is the subject orders under the National Oncology Strategy program must be closely related compatible because they are used simultaneously during the test. Technically means that, for example, the radial probe must cooperate with both the ultrasound image processor (to which is connected), as well as fit the video bronchoscope (to which it is attached). Similarly, the ultrasound video bronchoscope is connected to the ultrasound image processor. Therefore, the compatibility in question is absolutely required in this matter, because it guarantees the possibility of performing an EBUS test. 5. The offered subject of the order must be brand new and manufactured no earlier than 2023. Item offered order must be mass produced.
