The contractor will also be obliged to: - prepare the car for collection, which will take place at the Ordering Party's premises (Przyborów 175). The Contractor will notify the Ordering Party at least 4 days before the planned date collecting the car, specifying the day and time of collection, - providing the Ordering Party with detailed information user manual in Polish, service and warranty book and others documents necessary to register the vehicle, - having an issued approval in accordance with the Road Traffic Law, - ensuring that the response time to reported traffic car breakdown cannot be longer than - 48 hours, - car warranty for a minimum period of 24 months, - provision of post-warranty service, - training at least 6 people indicated by the Ordering Party. All documents submitted delivered to the Ordering Party by the Contractor must be in Polish or translated into another language Polish. Part II: Purchase and delivery of a medium-sized rescue and fire-fighting fire truck with a low-emission drive for the Volunteer Fire Department in Łęki. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1B - Detailed order description. The car must meet all applicable standards recipes. The contractor will complete Annex 1B regarding the offered car parameters. Annex 1B will constitute an integral part of the offer. Failure to attach a completed Annex 1B to the offer will constitute the basis for rejection of the offer. The contractor will also be there obliged to: - prepare the car for collection, which will take place at the Ordering Party's premises (Łęki 80A). The Contractor will notify the Ordering Party at least 4 days before the planned acceptance the car, specifying the day and time of collection, - providing the Ordering Party with detailed information user manual in Polish, service and warranty book and others documents necessary to register the vehicle, - having an issued approval in accordance with the Road Traffic Law, - ensuring that the response time to reported traffic car breakdown cannot be longer than - 48 hours, - car warranty for a minimum period of 24 months, - provision of post-warranty service, - training at least 6 people indicated by the Ordering Party.
