Tender Description:

1. The subject of the order is the supply of tools for medical and surgical procedures Copernicus PL Sp. z o. o. in Gdansk. 2. The subject of the order consists of 19 parts, whose detailed description, assortment and quantities are included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Form assortment and price list, which the Contractor attaches to the offer. The contractor completes the indicated forms items in this annex confirms the fulfillment of the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. 3. The method of implementing the subject of the order is specified in the draft contracts - Annex No. 3 to SWZ. Order fulfillment: one-time delivery, which will take place within the maximum deadline up to 30 calendar days from signing the contract. 4.The offered contract items must be complete, of a high standard both in terms of quality and functionality, and free from material, construction and legal defects. 5.Items offered orders must be authorized for trading and use in accordance with applicable regulations laws. 6. The subject of the order must be consistent with the Act of May 20, 2010 on medical (i.e. Journal of Laws 2020.186 of February 2020). 7. The contractor is obliged to: to provide complete documentation together with the delivery of tools, specified in § 4 draft contract. 8. In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes, in which the Ordering Party refers to standards, approvals, technical specifications or reference systems or trademarks, parameters or sources of origin are indicated (names of manufacturers or devices), in accordance with Art. 99 section 5 and art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions. 9. The Ordering Party does not reserve the right to apply the order is requested only by the Contractors referred to in Art. 94 of the Public Procurement Law. 10. The Ordering Party does not impose the requirements referred to in Art. 96 of the Public Procurement Law. 11.For the purpose confirmation that the offered deliveries meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, The Ordering Party requires the submission of the said evidence together with the offer referred to in paragraph VII of the SWZ. 12. The grounds for excluding Contractors from the proceedings are indicated: - in the "Basis for exclusion" part of the announcement, - in Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of April 13 2022 on special solutions in the field of counteracting support for aggression to Ukraine and serving to protect national security, - in Art. 5k paragraphs 1 of the Regulation Council (EU) 2022/576 of 8 April 2022 amending Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 regarding restrictive measures in connection with Russias destabilizing activities situation in Ukraine. 13. Before selecting the most advantageous offer, the Ordering Party will call The contractor whose offer was rated the highest should be submitted within the designated period within a period shorter than 10 days, valid as of the date of submission of the subjective evidence described in § X section 2 SWZ. 14. The Ordering Party does not require proper security from the Contractor performance of the contract.
