Tender Description:

A contract for the execution of the modernization and safety works will be awarded of the adduction channel related to CHP Vânători, respectively the execution of the works of constructions as well as the manufacture/rehabilitation of hydromechanical equipment, strictly speaking agreement with the Technical Project - code R520220 completed by Task Book no. 88832/04.08.2022. The works that are the subject of modernization and safety will be executed at the following components of the hydropower installation:  capture outlet a water (called "Reconstruction");  the adduction channel delimited along its entire length its 10.4 Km on the left side of the left bank embankment and on the right side of the embankment embankment straight,  loading chamber,  pressure node,  turbine vacuum cleaners. In the within the framework of the technical project, the following categories of works are provided regarding modernization/rehabilitation, divided by categories of works: A) Construction works, respectively:  Object 1 - Development for the protection of the environment;  Object 2 - Channel of adduction;  Object 3 - Stabilization of the left bank slope. B) Procurement/rehabilitation works on the part of equipment that will be made at the following technical units (UT): Capture:  UT 1. The rare grill and grill cleaning machine from Captare (Reconstruction). Node of pressure:  UT 2.1 Installation of thick grills and grill cleaning machine  UT 2.2 Installation of flat valves and their operating crane  UT 2.3 Installation of lintels  UT 2.4 Flat emptying valve and its actuation mechanism  UT 2.5 Flat stack hook type and its actuation mechanism  UT 2.6 Valve heating installation and emptying sluices  UT 2.7 Forced pipelines. Vacuum cleaner area  UT 3. Installation of cofferdams from the vacuum cleaners of the Vanatori CHE turbines; C) Related services: For all equipment that requires manufacturing/procurement or rehabilitation, they will provide related services. By related services is meant: - Ensuring compliance requirements of the Technical Project - Volume 2b (chapter 3.1), regarding the elaboration of to the contractor through attested personnel of the following technical documentation: • Details of execution (execution project, assembly documentation, packaging documentation, transport and storage..etc); • Accompanying documentation of the equipment/installations ( factory projects after manufacturing with the exact resulting values, the instructions of operation and maintenance, test instructions and PIF, books and technical sheets...etc) ; • Final documentation compliant with the execution / As Built Documentation; - Insurance manufacturing/procurement or rehabilitation, transport, disassembly of the supply old and ensuring the assembly of the new supply, carrying out technological tests, a commissioning and staff training on the part of the beneficiary for proper use of rehabilitated/manufactured installations; Works and services related are detailed in the Technical Project - code R520220, completed by the Terms of Reference no. 88832/04.08.2022. The related amount "Miscellaneous and unforeseen": Not applicable. entity The contractor will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests - on the 13th day before the deadline established by the Notice of Participation for submission of offers. We will only respond to clarification requests addressed by economic operators within the previously mentioned deadline.
