Purchase of food for canteens and the University House within the University from Craiova according to the specification: Lot 1: Fresh vegetables Lot 2: Canned food vegetables and fruits Lot 3: Fruits Lot 4: Duck meat Lot 5: Sausages Lot 6: Dairy Lot 7: Basic foods; Lot 8: Sauces, mayonnaise, Ketchup Lot 9: Eggs Lot 10: Fish Lot 11: Water, soft drinks Lot 12: Bread and pastries Number of days until that clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers/candidates it is 13 days. To the extent that requests for clarification or additional information were addressed within the term stipulated in the participation announcement, the authoritys response contracting parties to these requests must be sent on the 10th day before the deadline for submitting offers. The frequency and value of contracts are to be assigned: The framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum of 10 economic operators, with the resumption of the competition. Subsequent contracts are to be awarded for each lot with the resumption of the competition. Subsequent contracts will be awarded semiannually. award of all subsequent contracts including the first subsequent contract will be carried out by resuming the competition. The assignment will be made to the economic operator located on the first place, in ascending order of the ranking resulting from the evaluation of the offers received following the resumption of the competition starting from the lowest offered value. In the process of re-offering economic operators have the right to modify the elements/conditions that are subject to the resumption of the competition only for the purpose of improving them and without affect the initially established elements/conditions. The item that is the object of the reoffer is the price Revision clauses cf. Art. 221 of Law no. 98/2016 and the Instruction (ANAP) no. 1/2021 The review clauses will be applied as follows: In the event that concrete conditions require it, the purchaser will extend the duration of the framework agreement by a maximum 6 months conditional on the existence of financial resources according to art. 165 paragraph (1) of HG 395/2016 and will be able to supplement the quantity of products by a maximum of 20% from the value of the framework agreement. The price to be paid for the additional quantities will be the same as the contracted price for each individual product. Craiova University reserves the right to order similar products (from the same category, products which are not included in the annex to the contract). The price of new products in the same category from the specification will be established in the same commercial conditions as those from offer (respectively the purchase price from the manufacturer to which a percentage is added representing the commercial addition offered in the auction).
