Coordinate travel arrangements for IITA staff, collaborators and visitors (tickets, airport transfers, visas, hotels, etc.) Support project leaders and technical staff in budgeting and implementation activities. Support the preparation of travel claims by IITA Staff. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Finance: Ensure proper filing of financial and accounting records for easy retrieval. Maintain cash box and make payments following approval. Perform periodic cash counts and submit weekly reports. Support accounting and prepare filing of IITA Rwanda payments in IITA’s finance systems. Support Station Administrator in setting up and operating effective and adequate IITA Rwanda finance management systems. Ensure and check correctness of invoices. Monitor daily communications and respond to queries. Record and compute tax invoices for tax refund. Requirements and Experience Degree Business Administration/Management or other relevant subject with proven office management experience Proven capacity and experience as personal secretary in executive email and agenda management. At least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in office operations and administration. High level of computer skills and ability to learn new applications quickly.
