Participation is open on equal conditions to all individual consultant specialized in the field specified above. Terms of reference may be obtained by lodging a request at procurement_cpcic@nirda.gov.rw CPCIC is committed to environmental protection and hence, no physical documents will be issued. Only those who will have requested the Terms of reference through email will be eligible to bid. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security from financial institutions or insurance company equivalent to Two Hundred and Twenty Thousand Rwandan Francs (RWF220,000).
