Call for development of a comprehensive standard operating procedures manual for IIA-Rwanda The Institute of Internal Auditors of Rwanda invites competent consultants to develop the comprehensive standard operating procedures manual to primarily guide in the day-to-day operations and activities of IIA Rwanda. All parts/chapters (Administrative, HR, Procurement, Financial, Logistics, etc.) of the comprehensive standard operating procedures manual shall be interlinked in a manner that there is correlation and feeds each other. This is imperative as the manual will be used by different departments and stakeholders in executing the institute’s operations and activities. Location: Kigali Deadline: Friday, 13/10/2023 17:00.
